Job Description

We are looking for young professionals to drive digital transformation in health insurance claims processing. This role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, digital solution support, and UAT coordination, ensuring faster, accurate, and customer-friendly claims experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for health claims digital initiatives.

Analyze and optimize claims processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement automation, AI, and digital portals.

Prepare BRDs, verify PRDs, user stories, and create UAT scenarios for system enhancements and successfully conduct UAT.

Support solution rollout and training for internal teams.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of health insurance claims lifecycle (cashless & reimbursement).

Experience with digital claims platforms, RPA, or AI solutions.

Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and data privacy guidelines in health insurance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Insurance, or Healthcare.

2 7 years of experience in health claims / insurance.
