Job Description

Role Details:

  • The position holder will support building, managing, and coordinating with External and Cross functional team.
  • They will collaborate with internal and External for doing scheme settelement and reconciliation activity.
  • As the single point of contact (SPOC) for the assigned area of responsibility, the position holder will support steering the business to achieve targets as per the define timeline.


Job RequirementsResponsibilities:

Claims and Reconciliation

  • Managing the validation and scheme Settlements to partners of all the categories.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to scheme Settlement TAT.
  • Adhering to Monthly closure timelines with 100% Accuracy with timely reporting
  • Supporting in timely completion of audit requirements from statutory and internal audit perspective.
  • Developing the process automations plan from revenue perspective.
  • Ensuring timely completion of monthly validation and govern.
