The role demands strong technical expertise, effective project coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute civil construction, structural work, and repair/maintenance projects.Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.Monitor civil site activities to maintain safety standards and avoid delays.Manage cost control, resource allocation, and timely procurement of materials.Conduct inspections, identify structural issues, and propose corrective actions.Ensure adherence to statutory guidelines, environmental norms, and company policies.Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and MIS.Qualifications & Skills:B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.6-10 years of experience in industrial/civil construction and maintenance.Strong knowledge of structural engineering, construction codes, and quality standards.Excellent planning, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
