Key Responsibilities: Assist the department manager in planning, directing, and coordinating activities to meet targets and deadlines. Supervise and guide team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Handle customer/client interactions and resolve escalated issues efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). 26 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and relevant management software/tools. Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
