Compensation: ₹811 LPA CTC (Performance-based)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Onsite (Purely)

Client: Allengers Medical Systems Ltd, a leading manufacturer and supplier of cutting-edge medical equipment in the cardiology domain. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in cardiology product sales and a passion for driving hospital-based business growth.
Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cardiology-related products including Cathlab machines, stents, balloons, and pacemakers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, cathlab technicians, and hospital procurement teams
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and execution
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities

Candidate Profile:

• 4–8 years of experience in cardiology product sales
• Hands-on experience operating Cathlab machines is highly preferred
• Proven track record in selling stents, balloons, pacemakers, and Cathlab equipment
• Must have at least one stable tenure of 4+ years in a single organization
• Strong understanding of hospital sales cycles and cardiology procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
• Candidates with experience in X-ray, C-arm, or DR sales will not be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
