Job Description

As a Business Development Team member, your primary responsibility will be pitching end-to-end solutions in partnership with the business based on firm processes, criteria, and strategic priorities. You will also support the Infrastructure & Airports Sector head by accompanying them to networking events, hunting for new clients, managing communication with prospects, developing personal relationships, competition mapping, and generating client-facing content to win new business. Your role requires a solid foundation in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing bids and contributing to the firms" knowledge management system. You will ensure adherence to bid processes, conduct formatting, proofreading, and identify bid process improvements. You should engage confidently with stakeholders, bring a structured approach to your work, communicate effectively, and thrive under pressure. The position requires exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate, and the ability to work well under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Pitching end-to-end solutions based on firm processes, criteria, and strategic priorities - Supporting the Infrastructure & Airports Sector head in various business development activities - Accompanying the Sector Head to networking events and client meetings - Hunting for new clients and managing communication with prospects - Developing personal relationships to drive business development strategies - Competition mapping and analysis - Generating high-quality client-facing content for presentations and proposals **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in engineering/architectural discipline - Master's in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications/Real Estate/Project and Construction Management (added advantage) - Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development/marketing capacity within a professional services firm - Infrastructure/Airports experience is an advantage Apply today to be part of a dynamic team that values your skills and expertise in business development and project management.,
