Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets through research, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.

3. Sales & Negotiation:

Engage in meetings and negotiations with clients to close deals and sign contracts.
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business strategies and objectives.

5.Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on market trends, and business development activities.

6.Cost Proposals

Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to understand client requirements and scope of work. Develop cost estimation models based on manpower, material, equipment, and operational expenses. Prepare detailed pricing structures ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions.

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT.
