 Assistant Manager - BFS Direct 
 About The Role  
The Assistant Manager - BFS Direct will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Direct channel. This position requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in banking, finance, or related fields, and experience in managing teams, processes, and client relationships.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the BFS Direct team, ensuring seamless workflow and process adherence.
  • Support the implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability within the direct banking channel.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and development of team members to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, risk, compliance, and operations to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or similar roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of BFS products, services, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant banking software/applications.
