Assistant Manager - BFS Direct About The Role
Assistant Manager - BFS Direct
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited Duties and Responsibilities

Enable enhanced business profitability through effective management of the delinquent portfolio.

Achieve the desired collection efficiencies across managed products.

Ensure adequate collection intensity and follow-up for all delinquent accounts.

Meet targets on cost of collections and ensure PI targets are met monthly.

Continuously review the location portfolio and report early or potential stress accounts.

Ensure that all collections activities are properly documented as Collection Trails.

Adhere completely to all collections processes and Risk governance mandates at each location.

Liaise with legal and law enforcement agencies for speedy recovery.

Provide feedback on the effectiveness of collection strategies formulated and implemented.

Ensure optimal use of resources regarding number of visits, contacts, PTP conversion ratio, and that settlement processes align with approvals. Ensure no delay in cash TAT and MIS.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in any specialisation.

Good verbal and written s.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience6 months to 3 years.
