Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day banking operations and ensure smooth customer service.

Handle account management, relationship building, and business development.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Achieve assigned sales and service targets.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Training & Onboarding

Selected applicants will undergo a paid training program designed to equip them with industry knowledge and practical skills.

After successful completion of training, candidates will be placed as Assistant Managers with leading private banks across PAN India locations.
