KPMG Assurance & Consulting Services LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Consultant to join our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Service line. The successful candidate will work on both ESG advisory and assurance engagements, providing expert guidance and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Execute ESG advisory and assurance engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Work closely with client SPOCs to understand their ESG needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct ESG assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking studies. Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks. Assist clients in ESG reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Perform data analysis and prepare detailed reports and presentations. Stay updated on the latest ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive ESG solutions. Qualifications: Master degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Biotech, Forest, Biodiversity, water, production engineering, HSE or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 14001) are an advantage but not mandatory. 5-9 years of experience in ESG advisory or assurance roles. Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Skills: Experience with ESG data management and reporting tools. Knowledge of industry-specific ESG challenges and opportunities. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
