Job Description: As a Sales and Customer Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting revenue maximization and expanding the win-win business model. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing and organizing data for all processes to achieve target revenue through goal setting, business plans, pre-closing, and risk management. - Planning and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction by organizing meetings/events and promptly addressing customer needs. Additionally, identifying new potential customers. - Analyzing projection data to understand short, mid, and long-term demand by conducting market, customer, and competitor analysis. - Collecting and providing data for annual sales strategies such as Long Term Agreements (LTA) and Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU), as well as short-term trade and bidding strategies. - Managing internal resources discussions effectively for revenue maximization.
