Job Description

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager (AM) - Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a sales environment.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is required.
