About the Role


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to generate quality leads
  • Plan and represent Makoons at promotional events, educational fairs, and open houses
  • Guide prospective families through the enrollment journey with comprehensive counseling
  • Process admission applications and maintain accurate enrollment databases
  • Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses for referrals
  • Collaborate with franchisees to achieve enrollment targets
  • Monitor trends in early childhood education and competitor activities


Required Skills / Qualification

  • 3-5 years in admissions, BTL marketing, or customer relations (education sector preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Willingness to travel
