Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account and HR professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Sector 54, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing, and taxation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders.
Handle recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and making job offers.
Maintain employee records and perform administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and attendance.

Job Requirements

Professional degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
Experience in recruitment processes and handling employee relations is an added advantage.
