Assistant Manager Accounts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Support the month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor petty cash transactions and maintain appropriate records.
• Assist with audits (internal/external) and coordinate with auditors to provide required documentation.

QUALIFICATION & OTHER SKILLS :

1. B.Com with ICWA/ICAI Inter or MBA(Finance) preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

4. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally/Odoo

6. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

7. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

8. Immediate joinee preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
