Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 48 members delivering accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support tasks.
Act as the first escalation point for client clarifications and delivery quality.
Review team outputs (e.g., trial balances, journal entries, reconciliations, audit PBC schedules).
Participate in client calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and standardize reporting templates.
Mentor and train junior staff, encouraging curiosity, accountability, and technical growth.
Maintain daily reporting on progress, TAT, and quality metrics.
Manage end-to-end accounting / audit support delivery for assigned clients.
Own deliverable planning, review, and submission to clients.

Requirements
4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, or back-office for U.S./Canada clients.
Strong understanding of accounting cycles, reconciliations, and close processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar systems; advanced Excel skills.
Proactive mindset adds value beyond routine.

This role requires working with U.S. clients in evening to midnight shifts (India time). Applicants must be comfortable with remote/hybrid work and occasional in-office presence for training, client meetings, or reviews.
