Job Description

  • Handle a team of Lead HR and HR Executives.
  • Source and hire candidates for BPO voice & non-voice processes.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final rounds.
  • Maintain attendance, attrition, and manpower tracking sheets.
  • Support HR audits, compliance, and database management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 5 Years experience in BPO HR / Recruitment preferred.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Graduation required; MBA HR is a plus.
