As an Assistant General Manager Sales & Marketing in the Jewellery Industry, your role involves leading a large sales team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities. - Managing and mentoring a sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. - Overseeing all sales operations, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. - Analyzing sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and creating reports to support decision-making. Customer Relationship Management responsibilities include: - Building profitable relationships with key customers and resolving complaints efficiently. - Keeping customers informed about new products and strategizing to increase sales. - Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling, and addressing individual customer needs effectively. - Conducting business reviews using CRM programs and staying updated on competition strategies.
