Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition for residential/commercial properties.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, customer presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer satisfaction standards.
