Education : Any graduate Experience :3-5 years on real estate sales Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement. Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition for residential/commercial properties. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits, customer presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Work closely with marketing, CRM, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns. Generate and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer satisfaction standards.
