Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight across EPC projects, pharma turnkey solutions, and real estate development.
Drive business growth initiatives in line with the company's target of 10x turnover growth by 2030.
Oversee project execution, quality control, timelines, and budget adherence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in both pharma EPC and real estate segments.
Lead cross-functional teams ensuring alignment of operations with strategic goals.
Implement process improvements, cost optimization, and risk management strategies.
Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Mentor and develop mid-level managers for succession planning.

Experience: 12-18 years of proven experience in EPC construction/turnkey pharma projects/real estate development.

Strong project management skills with exposure to large-scale industrial and commercial projects.

Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver business growth and operational excellence.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure with a focus on timely project delivery.
