Assistant General Manager-BD

As an Assistant General Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by achieving or surpassing the set revenue targets. Your key focus will be on new client acquisition, expanding the customer base, and achieving monthly sales budgets. You will lead a business development team, monitoring and enhancing their performance to meet individual and team targets. Your role will involve strategizing for revenue growth, facilitating team efforts towards successful closures, and identifying areas for sales improvement. You will be instrumental in developing sales plans and strategies to reach sales goals, managing sales teams, and ensuring client retention through fostering long-term relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals, motivating the sales teams, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing clients will be part of your responsibilities. You will continuously monitor the market and competitor activities, provide detailed sales forecasting, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. Additionally, you will review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and create sales reports for the leadership team. Collaboration with other departments and teams to align sales efforts with the company's overall objectives is crucial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, along with a willingness to travel as required. You should possess skills in IT service management, international sales, team management, and business-to-business sales. Prior experience in a similar industry domain, such as mobile and web applications, and team handling experience with a minimum of 10 members are mandatory requirements for this position.,
