Job Description

We are looking for an assistant GM for accounts/finance with the following requirements: Financial Strategy & Planning,Financial Reporting,Budget Management,Compliance & Risk Management,Team Leadership,Stakeholder Collaboration,Technology & Systems. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
