• Proficiency in Office Administration and coordinating daily front office operations
• Skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong expertise in Front Office management and related procedures
• Excellent Communication skills for effective guest interactions and team collaboration
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
