Flurys is looking for an experienced and customer-focusedAssistant Front Office Managerto join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising front office operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations including reception, check-in, and check-out
• Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams for smooth room allocation and guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, reservations, billing, and cash handling
• Train, guide, and supervise front office staff and duty rosters
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and safety policies
• Prepare daily reports and update management on occupancy and operations

Requirements

• Minimum

  46 years of experience

  in Front Office operations in a hotel/resort
• Prior experience as

  Front Office Supervisor / Front Office In-Charge

  preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest-handling skills
• Knowledge of PMS software and front office procedures
