Assistant Front Desk Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees. You will build effective relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to develop a high-performing team. You will analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions that drive results. Direct supervision of the business will be under your responsibility, ensuring and maintaining high-quality standards. Consistently assessing and providing ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members is also part of the role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum high school education or equivalent. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a larger hotel operation is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential for this role.,
