Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  Prepare

  Monthly Financial MIS (Management Information System)

  with detailed

  variance analysis

  . You will also assist in the preparation of the

  annual budget

  .

• Taxation & Compliance:

  Manage

  Centralized TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) & TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

  calculation, deposit, returns, and assessment. You will coordinate

  Tax Audits

  and prepare

  Income Tax returns

  , ensuring

  100% compliances

  .

• Working Capital & Accounting:

  Oversee

  Working Capital Management & Control

  . You will ensure the

  timely Closure of MIS

  and all

  Accounting activities

  as well as adherence to all

  Statutory timelines

  .

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Finance Manager or in a similar financial role.

• Working Knowledge of SAP is a must

  .
• Strong background in preparing

  Monthly Financial MIS

  and assisting with

  annual budget preparation

  .
• Expertise in

  TDS & TCS calculation, deposit, returns & assessment

  .
• Experience with

  Tax Audit

  and

  Income Tax returns

  .
• Demonstrated ability to ensure

  100% compliances

  and manage

  Working capital

  .

Skills

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in

  SAP

  and

  MS Office (especially Excel)

  .
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and statutory compliances.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
