Designation: Assistant Manager in Finance.
Job Location: Hyderabad.
More than 3 years of experience in
Mandatory skills : US Bookkeeping and Accounting in QuickBooks, US GAAP.
Managing Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow.
Bank Reconciliations, Bank Feed Processing.
Handling Accounts Receivable, Aging Reports, Customer Balance Reconciliations.
Knowledge of US Payroll, Journal Entries.
Managing intercompany invoices and Balance Reconciliations.
Month End/Year End adjustments.
Should be flexible to attend periodic calls and meetings, coordinating within the team.
1099 Misc., NEC filings, and coordination with CPA.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT, and QuickBooks.
WALKIN : 16th December to 17th December (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Timings : 1pm to 5pm .
