ASSISTANT FACILITY MANAGER

As an Assistant Facility Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the site, which includes managing MEP, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and Fire Systems. Your key duties will involve supervising preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules, ensuring 100% uptime of critical utilities and equipment, and monitoring AMC and service contracts. It will be your responsibility to maintain documentation such as checklists, service reports, asset registers, and inventory logs. You will also need to ensure safety compliance, statutory norms, and conduct regular audits. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating with client representatives for service delivery and issue resolution. Additionally, you will be supporting budgeting, procurement of consumables, and energy-saving initiatives. Leading and motivating the on-ground technical team will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a Diploma / B.E / B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You must possess a strong understanding of technical facility systems like MEP, BMS, DG, and HVAC. Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and email communication is essential. Excellent team handling and client coordination skills are a must. Moreover, you should be willing to work flexible shifts and provide emergency support when necessary. This is a full-time, contractual / temporary position based in Hyderabad with a salary of up to 60,000 Take-Home per Month.
