ASSISTANT FACILITY MANAGER

Role Overview: As an Assistant Facility Manager Technical, your role will involve supervising the day-to-day technical operations of the site, including MEP, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and Fire Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Managing preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules with vendors/technicians. - Ensuring 100% uptime of critical utilities and equipment. - Monitoring AMC and service contracts, and coordinating with OEMs/vendors. - Maintaining documentation such as checklists, service reports, asset registers, and inventory logs. - Ensuring safety compliance, statutory norms, and conducting regular audits. - Coordinating with client representatives for service delivery and issue resolution. - Supporting in budgeting, procurement of consumables, and energy-saving initiatives. - Leading and motivating the on-ground technical team consisting of technicians and helpers.
