Job Description

As a HR professional, you will oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Additionally, you will design and run employee training and development programs while maintaining HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. Your role will involve handling employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts or issues, and managing employee complaints and grievances in a professional and confidential manner. You will provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees and drive Employee Engagement Programs. It is essential to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards, and manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate should have a Qualified MBA (HR) degree and be from the South region. Skills required include Time Management, Talent Acquisition, Good Communication Skills, Creative And Analytical Skills, Ms Office proficiency, and Manpower Management.,
