Assistant Event Manager

We are looking for an Event Site Supervisor with prior experience in event planning and decoration execution. The role involves managing on-site event setups, supervising workers, and ensuring flawless execution of planned designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand event decoration plans from reference photos and site details.
• Calculate required materials and quantities from the company’s inventory (godown).
• Supervise and guide workers during on-site decoration setup.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of event designs.
• Coordinate with the event planner/management team for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, decoration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of event materials, props, and decoration techniques.
• Ability to read site layouts and translate designs into execution.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Education:

• No strict requirement, but background in event management, design, or related field is a plus.
