Assistant Engineer - SME

Role & responsibilities

Strategic & Planning

• Define Test Plan, Test Scenario.
• Ensure compliance with Customer requirement, regulatory, and quality standards.

Functional

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on URS, CR, FS, Technical specification.
• Review of Manual and Automation test data.
• Review of validation document Like impact Analysis, Operational Qualification, Release note.
• Review Functional specifications and technical Specification documents.
  • Providing input & review the test deliverables like release notes, test summary reports, Impact analysis. • Review all test data of manual and automation testing. • Act as product expert assist Quality, Service , Development & customer when needed. • Identify product and project risk and communicate to required stake holder.
• Resolve technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Engage with customers and suppliers for technical discussions and requirement gathering.

People Leadership

• Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles.

Internal Processes

• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. SC, PMO, SME or PMM) to identify system requirements.

Compulsory

• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) & STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Strong experience in working with business and translate the business requirements/ functional specifications to Test Scenario.
• Test Coverage.
• Timely Task completion.
• Exposure to tools like Azure Devops,Jira.
• Strong Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) & STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Track and Trace & Serialization Process
• Knowledge of Track and Trace regulation of different countries like DSCSA, DGFT, EMVO, RUSSIA CRPT etc.
• Integration Knowledge of Track and Trace L4 partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands on database knowledge.
• End to End Serialization implementation
• Understanding of Supply chain from Product traceability prospective
