Assistant Division Finance Controller

As a Finance Manager, your role involves preparing and submitting annual Budgetary Plan & Quarterly Updates / LBEs in accordance with EPD Division requirements on a timely basis. Any deviations (+/-) must be supported by defensible justifications. You will also ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly Divisional / Area financial reporting requirements as per stipulated deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise local operations performance through routine reviews & analysis of financial results against financial Plans/Updates/LBEs - Advise management on exposure issues and collaborate with the Commercial team to devise appropriate market strategies and/or recovery plans - Respond to organizational requests to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures - Support CFS in updating policies & guidelines for Business - Coordinate closely with relevant internal stakeholders for the monthly ADS process - Display higher levels of internal stakeholder management through improved coordination/facilitation of effective cross-functional collaboration - Prepare monthly analysis/update on Sales Standard Margin, SG&A expenses, and perform gap analysis - Develop strategies for improving operational efficiencies, oversight service levels, and optimize inventory levels and operation costs - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies through robust internal controls and regular audits Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA preferred - Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
