Your role ensures the property, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with brand standardsThis position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or in the same level position in a large-scale and luxurious 5-star hotel.
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a large engineering team while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Broad understanding of hotel facilities, maintenance operations, and safety standards.
