Company Description

We need a person who can work and co-ordinate with our directors, partners, and clients to handle multiple IT projects. The person should be critical thinker who can understand issues. You should be willing to work in IST time zone as well as EST time zone. We need the following:

Perfect English communication skills - verbal and written.
Help our CEO/CTO in everything and very open to debates and criticism. We will dump every thought and idea on you, and you should be able to document, research, and execute the idea.
Task Management - Understanding tasks, assigning tasks, enforcing on-time development and delivery, testing, and implementations.
Task Tracking - using project management portals like ClickUp to track tasks.
Assisting us in brainstorming new ideas.
Researching Marketing, Sales, and PR opportunities for projects and services.
Team members co-ordination including developers, content writers, and directors. Setup feedback meetings. Debate and discuss inputs.
Taking over emails and client interactions over time.
Documentation of everything including current tasks, new tasks, future ideas.
Understand basics of technologies like Dot Net Framework, SQL Server Database, Azure & AWS Cloud.
Understanding project publishing/launching.
