Assistant Director Human Resources

As an Assistant Director Human Resources at Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, your role will be crucial in executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to lead the Human Resource Department in activities such as recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
