Position:

About the Role:

Assistant Director Academics

Job Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership and oversee academic activities of the Nursing College, DNB students, and Paramedical courses.
Liaise with
Nursing Council of India, Universities, and the National Board of Examinations (NBE)
to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Supervise curriculum development, faculty coordination, and student academic progress.
Organize academic events, seminars, workshops, and CME programs.
Ensure quality standards in teaching, training, and examinations across nursing and paramedical programs.
Guide faculty and academic staff in achieving institutional academic goals.
Monitor and update documentation, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with management on new academic initiatives and course expansions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of medical, nursing, and paramedical education frameworks.
Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements (Nursing Council, NBE, Universities).
Academic administration, planning, and execution skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and liaisoning abilities.
Experience in organizing large-scale academic events and programs.
