Assistant Direct Taxation Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Knowledge of preparing Computation of Income, filling various Income tax return related to Company, LLP, Trust, Individual etc individually within timeline.
• Experience of handling end to end preparation of details and filling of Tax Audit Report (Form-3CD), Transfer Pricing Report (Form-3CEB), (Form-3CEAA), Report u/s 80JJAA (From 10DA) etc. in consultation with the consultant/auditors within timeline.
• Experience of handling submission of details asked during Assessment, Reassessments, Appeals, Notice u/s. 133(6), in consultation with the income tax consultant along with validation of submission letters within timeline.
• Experience of handling TDS/TCS Receivable reconciliation with the books of accounts
• Experience of handing ETDS compliance along with filling of various ETDS forms (Quarterly/Annual returns) of the group companies within specific timeline. Also experience of handling resolution of query generated during process of ETDS return on ETDS Portal.
• Experience of updating vendor master for lower deduction of TDS in SAP.
• Can able to understand and implement the new amendments related to TDS /TCS wherever require (Change of TDS/TCS section in Income tax Act) in SAP accounting software and its atomisation with proper maker/checker control
• Experience of guiding Account team for accurate deduction of TDS/TCS where applicable during routine accounting.
• Experience of handling deposit of TDS/TCS within specific timeline.
• Experience of handling Advance tax computation and its deposit of the same within specific timeline.
• Can able to handle and implement new development related to Salary taxation, Validate its implementation in SAP for correct deduction of TDS from Salary and Guide HR department for its perfect implementation in terms of requirement of documents and records.
