The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and process accuracy, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting activities. Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statements. Work with global teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Lead or mentor team members (for Senior / Team Lead roles). Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and organizational policy. Must have experience in Quick Books Online, Desktop / R365 / Xero. Open Positions Sr. Analyst Experience: 2 + years Number of requirements - 3 2. Team Lead/Supervisor Experience: 3+ years Number of requirements - 2 Qualifications & Skills Bachelors / masters degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Prior experiance with BPO/KPO is preffered. Job Timings - 01:00 PM to 7.30 PM IST
