Brief About The Role :

Assistant Diploma Architect

• Being dependable and proactive in handling CAD, 3D Modelling, and office documentation.
• Communicating clearly with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Adapting to project needs while learning architectural processes with discipline and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and update

   2D CAD drawings

   based on architectural sketches and inputs.
2. Create and modify

   3D models

   (basic rendering is a bonus).
3. Develop reports, schedules, and basic documentation using

   MS Office and Excel

   .
4. Visit sites when required and assist in coordination and supervision activities.
5. Attend internal reviews, maintain task tracking, and respond positively to feedback.
6. Support the principal architect in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications, Requirements & Other Basics :

1. Diploma in Architecture

   (fresh graduates welcome)
2. Proficiency in

   AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office/Excel or similar softwares

3. Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
4. Must own a

   personal laptop/PC

   and reliable internet connection
5. Strong sense of

   punctuality, discipline, and eagerness to learn

6. Ability to

   take initiative

   , stay focused, and maintain task ownership
7. Familiarity with basic architectural site practices is an advantage
8. Initial

   probation period

   to assess probable alignment and performance
