Key Responsibilities

• Mood Boards: Help create mood boards and visual ideas that match client needs
• Furniture & Material Sourcing: Coordinate with vendors to get samples, quotes, and delivery timelines
• Furniture Knowledge: Suggest or customize furniture that fits the project theme
• Drawing Review: Check shop drawings and design layouts for accuracy
• Budgeting: Help prepare cost estimates for materials, furniture, and labor
• 3D Design & Rendering: Create models or basic renderings using SketchUp or similar tools
• Space Planning: Assist in layout planning to ensure functional and aesthetic space use
• Detail Check: Ensure everything matches the design concept and is executed properly
  

Must-Have Skills

• Good understanding of furniture design, materials, and finishes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  

Good To Have

• Experience in hospitality interior design
• Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
• Vendor and site coordination experience
  

Education

• Bachelor’s in Interior Design.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture.
• Related field degree acceptable.
