Assistant / Deputy Manager - Factory Finance

As a Factory Accounts professional at Sika, your role involves handling various financial activities related to vendor invoices, record maintenance, audit preparation, and MIS reporting. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Scrutinize and book expenses related to both factory and office operations. - Regularly reconcile ledger accounts and ensure their accuracy. - Make month-end provisions for all locations and reverse them in the subsequent month. - Conduct reconciliations including vendor, GST, and TDS reconciliations. - Periodically reconcile Travel Advance and Employee Advance Accounts. - Account for prepaid expenses and adjust them accordingly. - Maintain rent schedules and disbursements on a national level. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS assessments, and returns. - Uphold adherence to the accounting manual. - Manage statutory, tax audits, and group company audits. - Maintain books and files in accordance with legal standards and company guidelines. Qualifications: - M.Com/Inter C.A. - Compulsory SAP knowledge. Skills: - Proficient in managing non-conforming control and coordinating company practices. - Strong accounting and analytical skills. - Experience with ERP systems and spreadsheets. Knowledge: - Proficiency in MS Office. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Methodical and accurate documentation. - Understanding of basic accounting procedures and office equipment operation. - Ability to meet deadlines promptly. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Effective training abilities.,
