Job Description

Job Title:

Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
based on customer requirements.
Plan and manage
production capacity and utilization
effectively.
Create
dispatch schedules
aligned with customer timelines.
Make quick decisions during
critical production issues
to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with the
operations team
to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Maintain
minimum inventory
levels for raw materials and finished goods to optimize cost.
Handle
SAP operations
Invoice generation, Sales orders, Inbound/Outbound, and GRN.
Conduct
monthly invoice reconciliation
with customers.
Follow up with customers for
schedule adherence and dispatch confirmation
.
