Assistant Business Manager

• An Assistant Business Manager in Jaipur for Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Home Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) oversees loan product sales, supports the team, and drives customer acquisition and business growth in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in strategizing and executing sales plans for PL, BL, HL, and LAP within the Jaipur territory, aiming to meet monthly and annual targets.

Support and train sales team members (DST/DSA/branch) to increase productivity and ensure efficient work processes.

Source new customers through field visits, tie-ups with channel partners, brokers, and local businesses.

Facilitate end-to-end loan processing including lead generation, client meetings, application login, and disbursal, in coordination with internal credit, operations, and legal teams.

Prepare and maintain sales MIS/reports, update management with market feedback and competitor analysis.

Ensure excellent customer service, resolving queries and guiding clients through documentation and product details.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/MBA with at least 2–5 years’ experience in loan sales or banking/financial services.

Effective communication, client handling, and leadership skills for managing field teams.

Good understanding of PL, BL, HL, LAP loan products and sales cycles.

Proficiency in basic computer software and reporting tools (MS Office).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
