Job Summary:
Gentleman Chit Funds Co (I) Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Assistant Business Manager for our Cherthala branch. The selected candidate will oversee sales, operations, team performance, and business development within the assigned zone. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the assigned zone.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement customer acquisition strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Oversee administrative operations including documentation, collections, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the head office to ensure seamless branch functioning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (+2); Graduation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and team management — preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or related sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

• Mandatory: Two-wheeler ownership with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
• Strong understanding of local market trends and customer behavior.
