Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities :- Brand awareness and demand generation Work on various aspects of Brand Communication from content design to execution (new product launch campaigns, social media pages, influencer campaigns, content listings on partner platforms). Assist in executing brand advertising from concept to creative to amplification. Work with activation and creative agencies on aspects like artwork, adaptations, outlet activations etc. Driving execution as per agreed Brand Activation Calendar. Track and lift the digital as well as offline imagery of the brand. NPD Market research customer connect to keep the product portfolio upgraded relevant. Build maintain a rolling NPD Calendar. Drive the innovation calendar for the brand by launching NPD s OTIF. Identify opportune spaces to grow the current portfolio as well as foray into newer categories. Competition mapping price tracking. Coordinate with RD for product conceptualization, new product development claim studies. Drive trials across the entire testing funnel and help finalize formulations for commercialization. Coordinates with procurement for packaging development as well as disruptive 3P sourced product lines. Works on packaging development and enhancement in terms of design to stay at pace with the ever evolving market trends. BTL Identify participate in opportune exhibitions, trade fairs, regional events. Conceptualize execute regional SEMINARS to grow brand affinity on-ground. Execute In-Salon Branding PAN India. Plan execute product KT s. Experience Qualifications:- MBA, preferably in marketing with 5 years of experience in a brand role. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a beauty or personal care brand. Exposure in the professional products space or salon industry would be an advantage. Skills competencies :- Category understanding basic knowledge of the beauty and personal care space. Understanding of Marketing Communication Development and Assessment. Strong ownership acumen. Consumer centricity. Digital E-Commerce understanding. Excellent communication skills. Job Category: Marketing
