Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Chakan. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality. The role also includes performance monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and clients.
