· Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the medical industry

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations in the medical sales and marketing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and mentoring the sales team, developing effective market strategies, and ensuring smooth branch operations, with a strong focus on the medical/pharmaceutical domain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Mandatory experience in medical sales and marketing (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare products, etc.)

· 5–15 years of total professional experience, including leadership or branch management exposure

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

· Willingness to travel locally as required

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee overall branch operations, including sales and marketing activities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned branch targets

· Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team

· Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other key medical stakeholders

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the medical industry

· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
